Service Description
Energy Audit & Monitoring Service Take control of your electricity costs with our professional on-site Energy Audit. We install a temporary energy meter at your home or business for 2 weeks to collect real-time usage data. After the monitoring period, you’ll receive a detailed energy usage report highlighting consumption patterns, peak demand times, and cost-saving opportunities. Perfect for anyone looking to reduce energy bills, identify inefficiencies, or plan for solar installations.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling All Energy Audit site visits must be scheduled in advance. Once confirmed, clients will receive a date and estimated time for meter installation. The audit typically runs for a period of 14 days, after which the meter will be collected and a detailed report compiled. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans may change. However, due to the preparation and logistics involved: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled site visit. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be subject to a R750 cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-show) will be billed in full. Access Requirements The client must ensure that access to the electrical distribution board or the required metering point is available at the agreed-upon time. If access is not granted on arrival and the visit cannot proceed, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Data Collection & Reporting The energy meter will remain installed for approximately 14 days. Once data is collected and analyzed, the client will receive a digital report detailing energy usage patterns, peak consumption times, and recommendations for efficiency improvements or system upgrades. Confidentiality All collected data remains confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's written consent.
