Cancellation Policy

We offer scheduled maintenance and cleaning services to ensure the ongoing performance, safety, and efficiency of your solar power system. Services Offered Solar Panel Cleaning Thorough manual cleaning using soft, non-abrasive tools and purified water to remove dust, bird droppings, and other debris. 💰 Rate: R150 per panel System Maintenance Includes inspection of inverters, battery systems, cables, breakers, and panel performance. Any issues found will be documented, and corrective action will be quoted if necessary. 💰 Rate: R500 per hour (minimum 1 hour) Booking & Availability All maintenance services must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to technician scheduling and weather conditions (for safety). Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule maintenance appointments up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a R500 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments where our team is unable to access the site will also be billed at R500. Access Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all solar panels and system components on the day of service. This includes access to rooftops, inverters, DB boards, batteries, and any relevant equipment. Weather Policy For safety reasons, panel cleaning will be rescheduled in case of rain, thunderstorms, or high winds. We will notify clients as early as possible and arrange an alternative date. Service Reporting A basic service report will be provided after maintenance, outlining actions taken, issues identified, and recommendations if applicable.
